Information you choose to provide
This website provides public guidance and financial tools. It does not include a first-party document-upload form or newsletter sign-up. Calling the published number or using the external OneCal scheduler involves the information you choose to provide through those channels. Do not place confidential records in a public message or calculator label.
Calculator data stays in the browser
The financial calculators, equipment reserve planner, monthly cash runway planner, seller offer and acquisition comparisons, wash-volume/membership break-even tool and diligence checklist builder work locally in your browser. Their code does not send input values to a website endpoint, place them in URLs or save them in browser storage. Clearing inputs or closing/reloading the page removes the displayed scenario.
A CSV export is created locally only when you request it; your downloaded file can contain your scenario values. Protect it as you would other business information. Printing uses your browser and configured printer/output settings.
Hosting and scheduling providers
The site is hosted on Netlify, which may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and requested resources to deliver and secure the site. OneCal is embedded on the contact page and can process scheduling and technical information under its own policies. Opening that page loads the scheduler.
Review Netlify privacy information and OneCal privacy information for provider details. This site’s first-party code does not install a marketing analytics tracker or transmit financial-tool values. Providers can have their own technical behavior.
Confidential business material
Agree on engagement scope, access and a private sharing method before sending financials, customer data, property identifiers or tax records. Public educational tools are not a data room. A confidentiality agreement and qualification process may be appropriate for a transaction; they are not created automatically by visiting this site.
